You wouldn't believe me if I told you...

So I'm not going to say what I paid. I left her house with two garden trash bags full of wool, wool blends and silk fabric. They were too heavy for me to carry alone. There's some really great stuff in there and I'll be showing it to you over the next few weeks as I start cutting! One piece is coat weight in a great taupe. There are two 1 meter lengths of genuine tartan. Yards and yards of pant-weight with a wonderful hand. Even a couple of lengths of silk for tops. I think I'm set for fabric for a good long while...I couldn't be happier. You'll find me in the garage, arranging things and setting up my sewing machines...
